Site inspections, reservations, billing and, above all, complete availability throughout your group’s visit - our dedicated Group Department is the answer to your Conference, Incentive and Special Interest group needs.

Room drops in your hotel (information, itineraries, welcome gifts)
• Accommodation and Conference Rooms: Several hotels in Noumea offer
conference facilities, with space to accommodate from 20 to 350 delegates.
In addition, the Tjibaou Cultural Centre offers a superb setting for Congresses and Seminars. The Sissia Room, with its theatre set-up, can welcome 400 delegates.

Activities
• Taste of France Car Rally: Equipped with a map, each team must solve a series of clues and answer questions as they make their way around Noumea, tasting products as they stop. Not just a great team-building activity but a hands-on discovery of the destination.
• Beach Olympics: Fun wheelbarrow and sack races; themed obstacles courses (be a waiter and don’t spill the drinks!); egg-throwing with a difference, building rafts then racing them … see the true personalities and group dynamics emerge as everyone aims to win!

• Lagoon Treasure Hunt: All aboard luxury catamarans, heading for the lagoon and islets and searching for hidden treasure.
• Helicopter & 4WD to the South: Unforgettable sights and sensations! The group will be divided in two, alternating with the two different types of transport (helicopter and 4WD) as they travel to and from the South. Why not add games or team-building – we can adapt the day to your group’s particular needs.
