For any modification, contact us on +687 27 19 80 and/or by email at reservation@arcenciel.nc mention your order number (find it on your order confirmation at the top right of the description of your transfers.)

We will send you an order modification email. If you do not receive an email, please contact us again. This email allows you to keep proof of your wish to modify your order and is the guarantor of the good understanding of your request.

For any reservation cancellation, contact us at +687 27 19 80 and send us an email to reservation@arcenciel.nc with one of the following choices:

• We either credit the amount of your order to your account. That amount must be used within one year of the cancellation.
• Or we can reimburse you but you will incur a XPF 500 charge per booking.

Cancelation policy

• XPF 500 cancelation fee for all cancelation more than 12 hours before your trip.
• Less than 12 hours, cancelation is no longer possible.

No, our shared shuttle option allows you to choose your own pick up point within Noumea and the Greater Noumea Area as shown on the map bellow

For neighborhood and cities outside of our shared shuttle pick up zone we can suggest a private transfer or PREMIUM transfer, Please contact us at reservation@arcenciel.nc or +687 27 19 80, so we can arrange your transfer.

Perimeter detail

We do not limit the number of bags you can bring onboard. However, for operational reasons, we do ask for an estimate during your booking.
